Yoga is a great way to stay in touch with how your body is feeling. Yoga can help relax the mind and body. Take ten minutes to reenergize and get ready to work hard in class!

Paper Airplane Toss

Build a paper airplane with a spare piece of paper. Find an empty space to toss the airplane. Retrieve it and toss it again!

Stretching

Take this time to stretch out your muscles! Stretch out those tight muscles to help relax for your next class.

Game of Catch

Crumple up a piece of paper into a ball. Toss the paper ball to a friend or teacher! Spread out and challenge yourself by throwing it underhand and overhand!

Meditation

Take some time to relax your mind by mediating. We all need to take a break from our work sometimes. You can choose to follow the guided mediation video or practice your own meditation.
