Walk

Take a quick 10-minute walk to move your muscles and get ready for class! If the weather cooperates, ask if you could walk outside.

Bike

Whether you find yourself on a road bike or recumbent bike, enjoy spending 10 minutes moving your muscles! If you want to challenge yourself, ride up a hill or add resistance to your bike settings.

Balloon Keep Up

Blow up a balloon and find some space to move! Try to keep the balloon up in the air for as long as you can.

Hula Hoop

Hula Hoops are so fun and versatile! Swing your hips around to keep the hoop moving or use it as a jump rope! Make sure to give yourself enough room to move around.

Pencil Drums

Grab two pencils and get comfortable. This could be sitting at a desk or on the floor. Find your favorite song and tap the pencils to the beat of the music!
